NASTURTIUM 'Tip Top Alaska Salmon' (Tropaeolum minus)
Nasturtia (really Tropaeolum) are handsome and multipurpose plants in the landscape and as food. Flowers, leaves and seeds are edible, with a distinctive, spicy flavour. Green seeds (right after flower petals have fallen away) can be pickled as a delicious substitute for capers.
