Foliage:  Tiny needle leaves are dark green and evergreen and cover the expanding mounds of this low, woody shrub

Light:  Full sun

Water:  Moderate

Soil:  Average to dry (once established); good drainage critical

Garden site:  Front of perennial bed; edging walkways; makes a lovely border
