SPRING = Garden unfurling, seed sowing and another Atlantic Rare & Unusual Plant Sale - 2024 and we're busy!

...So busy that I didn't get this blog published last week (time out to plant peas!). Our growing season is so short that plants race through their phases.

Cleaning up the perennial gardens is a joy of discovery! I'm breathless just trying not to miss anything. Well, we have to eat and at least the peas are up.

Starts are ready to transplant as soon as nighttime temps warm up a bit (next week?)...

Rice is sizing up for planting in the paddies in early June...

And the potted stars are ready for the Atlantic Rare & Unusual Plant Sale May 19th.

After that I'm OUTSIDE for the summer! Hope you all have a wonderful growing season.
